Your Pixel. Clear terms.

1. Seller and scope

The seller is BISSOLUX LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States, represented by Alban Berisha; Wyoming Secretary of State, Filing ID 2026-001983689. Contact: info@bissolux.com · +49 176 34306448. These terms cover purchases of smartphones offered in the Pixel shop by consumers and businesses. Your contracting party is the Wyoming company.

The terms for agency services and business packages do not apply to these goods. The device configuration, total price and delivery information displayed before ordering, together with these sales terms and the separate withdrawal information, form the agreement.

2. Device and GrapheneOS setup

You buy the specified Pixel model, storage capacity, colour and condition. The device price includes sourcing, GrapheneOS installation, device checks and setup instructions. New devices are opened for installation and testing; they are not sold as unopened, sealed goods. The specific equipment and included accessories are described in the offer.

We source devices after your order. Before dispatch we check OEM unlockability of the actual variant, install GrapheneOS and relock the bootloader. This procurement model does not promise stock available for immediate dispatch. A SIM contract, mobile plans, paid apps, accounts and transfer of your personal data are not included.

GrapheneOS is an alternative operating system. Some banking, business, payment and other apps depend on the operating system and the app provider’s requirements. Please discuss essential apps with us before purchasing. We do not promise absolute security, anonymity or compatibility with every app. This description does not restrict the agreed characteristics or your statutory rights concerning defects.

3. Ordering and formation of the contract

Select an available offer, enter your contact details and German delivery address, and review the order summary. You can correct your details or cancel before payment. Requesting a price summary and selecting “Continue to card payment” do not themselves charge you.

By selecting the final button clearly indicating an obligation to pay in the payment form, you place a binding order at the displayed total and authorise payment. We accept it by confirming successful payment and the order with its order reference. We also provide the confirmation and contract information by email. A price calculation, pending check or error message is not acceptance.

The offer remains valid until the time shown at checkout. Any changes before completion require your review; an agreed price is not increased later. If payment status is unclear, please check its status or contact us with your order reference instead of ordering or paying again.

4. Prices, VAT and payment

The Pixel shop charges in euros. German VAT at 19% is added to the net device price and ancillary shipping charges, including transport insurance. Consumers see the VAT-inclusive price and, before placing a paid order, the complete total including VAT, shipping and transport insurance. The order summary itemises these amounts.

The displayed total is paid once in advance using a payment method offered in the payment form. Bissolux does not add a card surcharge or create a subscription. A customer declaration or screenshot is not confirmation that payment was received. Prices for future orders may change; your confirmed order is unaffected.

5. Delivery within Germany

We currently deliver only to addresses within the German VAT territory and dispatch from Germany with DHL. Helgoland (27498) and Büsingen (78266) are excluded from the delivery area. The total delivery time is two weeks after confirmed receipt of payment. It includes sourcing, GrapheneOS installation, device checks and delivery to your address. This period is stated in the offer before payment.

Shipping and transport insurance appropriate to the goods’ value are displayed before ordering. DHL’s insurance limit does not limit your statutory claims against Bissolux. For consumer purchases, we bear transport risk until the goods are handed to you or a person you have authorised to receive them.

We inform you without undue delay if the agreed delivery is at risk. We do not substitute another model or specification, charge a higher price or agree a longer delivery period without your consent. Your statutory rights in case of delay or non-delivery, including any right to cancel and receive a refund, remain unaffected.

6. Withdrawal and free collection

Consumers have the 14-day right of withdrawal explained in the withdrawal notice. Standard GrapheneOS installation and sourcing after an order do not exclude this right. We do not deduct a separate installation or restocking charge for the setup included in the purchase price when you withdraw.

You can also withdraw using “Withdraw from contract” at https://bissolux.com/en/grapheneos-pixel/withdraw. You do not need an account, a reason or our prior approval. An unequivocal declaration by email or letter remains available.

After withdrawal we arrange collection from your German delivery address at our expense and agree a collection appointment with you. At your request, we can provide a prepaid return label instead. Arranging the return is not a condition for a valid withdrawal. The withdrawal notice and model withdrawal form are part of your contract information. Businesses do not have the statutory consumer right of withdrawal.

7. Defects and updates

Your statutory rights concerning defects apply. For new goods, the statutory limitation period for defect claims is generally two years from delivery; special statutory provisions, particularly those concerning digital elements and updates, remain unaffected. Contact Bissolux about defects. Any manufacturer’s warranty is additional and does not replace these rights.

Statutory obligations to provide and notify you of necessary updates for goods with digital elements remain applicable. Published manufacturer update periods describe the manufacturer’s current support position and do not restrict those obligations. Update installation instructions are supplied with the device. Report faults or complaints to info@bissolux.com. For valid defect claims, we bear the costs of remedy that the law requires us to bear.

8. Records, language and privacy

You can order in German or English. Your confirmation includes your order, the agreed price, delivery information and the applicable sales and withdrawal information in a form you can save. Keep the email and your order reference. 9. Applicable law and dispute resolution

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This does not restrict mandatory consumer protection or statutory jurisdiction. These terms do not restrict statutory liability.
