We clarify the business name, customer contact model, location and existing access. An online-only business without eligible in-person contact cannot simply be turned into a local storefront.

Categories, description, services, hours and images help visitors understand what you do. We use factual information and supplied photographs instead of adding unsupported claims.

Support the handover
We assist with one verification attempt within the package limit, provide a review link and explain the profile's main controls. You retain primary ownership.

How we assess the work.
We check completeness, consistency and the agreed profile changes. Profile interactions may later help understand customer behaviour, but setup does not guarantee verification, a Maps position or a number of calls.
What needs a separate agreement.
Google Business Profile itself is free; our package fee pays for setup work.
Recovery of suspended profiles, ownership disputes, extra locations, photography and ongoing posting or review management.
Google controls eligibility and verification; approval or a particular Maps position is not guaranteed.
Delivery: Work within 5 working days of order confirmation, payment and complete information/access. Google's verification and processing times are separate. Online-only businesses without eligible customer contact cannot obtain a profile.

Does Google charge for the profile?

Are reviews and monthly posts included?
Ongoing posting, review responses and additional locations are separate services. The fixed package is a one-time setup or improvement for one location or service area.
