Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://bissolux.com/en/grapheneos-pixel/withdraw. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without undue delay on a durable medium, such as email, containing your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We will collect the goods. We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Arranging collection

After your declaration, we arrange free collection from your German delivery address with you. If you prefer, we can provide a prepaid return label instead. A return application, prior approval or customer account is not required to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Before handover, please back up your data where possible and remove personal accounts, SIM cards and device locks. Original packaging and a reason are not conditions for withdrawal. Tell us about a damaged, swollen or hot battery so we can arrange safe transport; do not send such a device yourself as an ordinary parcel. These practical instructions do not restrict your right of withdrawal.
