What we improve together.
Business email should be easy to recognise and straightforward to administer. We configure new mailboxes for one existing domain using Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, then check the domain's mail-related DNS records. Access and multi-factor authentication are planned with the account owner. The package ends with testing, documentation and a shared handover, so you know which provider subscriptions remain yours and what was changed.

Confirm domain and provider
We check domain access, the chosen provider and available licenses. Existing mail delivery must be understood before changing DNS records.

Configure and test
Mailboxes, aliases and supported MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are configured within the stated scope. DMARC starts in monitoring mode to observe authentication without immediately rejecting legitimate messages.

Hand over administration
We test sending and receiving, document the changes and provide the agreed online handover. Your business retains provider ownership and administrator access.

Moving years of messages, contacts and calendars requires data planning, transfer checks and a rollback approach. That work is not hidden inside the starter setup price; it receives a separate scope.

Domain verification and configuration of MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC initially in monitoring mode, where supported by the chosen provider.

Activation of available multi-factor authentication, send/receive testing for each mailbox and documentation of the configuration.

One shared online handover of up to 45 minutes, including one supported email application on one device. Your company retains administrative access.
How we assess the work.
We verify domain configuration and send/receive behaviour for each included mailbox. Authentication improves the foundation, but no setup can guarantee inbox placement for every recipient or fix an existing reputation problem automatically.
What needs a separate agreement.
Domain, Microsoft/Google subscriptions, devices and ongoing support; provider fees are agreed directly with the provider.
Migration of existing messages, calendars or contacts; archiving, backup, extra devices and repair of existing delivery or reputation issues.
Ongoing DMARC monitoring, a later switch to a rejection policy and extra domains.
Delivery: Setup within 3 working days of order confirmation, payment and provision of valid licenses, DNS access and the user list. DNS propagation and provider approvals may require additional time.

Are email subscriptions included?
No. You contract and pay the provider directly. Our package covers the setup work; the domain and provider licenses remain separate costs.
Will you move our old email?
Migration of messages, contacts, calendars and archives is excluded. Tell us about existing data before placing an order so we can agree separate migration work if needed.
How many devices are included?
The package includes one online handover of up to 45 minutes and setup of one supported email application on one device. Additional devices and ongoing support are separate.
