Plan the information
We identify the pages a customer needs, the material already available and the gaps you need to fill. Each page has a job in the journey from first visit to enquiry.

Typography, spacing, colour and real images create a consistent visual identity. The design is reviewed in the agreed correction rounds before the final implementation.

Build and hand over
We implement responsive layouts, the specified contact form and basic search metadata, then check the agreed functions. Publishing access, source files and the handover are part of the package.

One design concept using your existing logo and colours, 2 combined correction rounds, and integration of up to 2,000 supplied words and 15 supplied images.

One contact form with up to 6 fields, page titles and meta descriptions, an XML sitemap, internal links and a mobile-layout check.

Publication on suitable hosting supplied by you, source-code handover and one 30-minute online introduction.
How we assess the work.
We check the agreed pages, mobile layout, navigation, form behaviour and page metadata. Once live, enquiries and visitor behaviour can inform later changes if appropriate measurement is in place.
What needs a separate agreement.
Hosting, domain, paid licenses and ongoing maintenance.
Online store, booking system, customer portal, custom integrations, editorial CMS and data migration.
Copywriting, translation, photography, logo design, and drafting or legal review of legal text.
Delivery: Completion within 20 working days after the confirmed project start, payment and complete content/access. Time spent awaiting your approval extends the schedule accordingly.

Are copywriting and photography included?
The entry package integrates supplied text and images within its stated limits. Creating new copy, arranging photographs or translating content can be scoped separately.
Can we keep our domain and branding?
Yes. We work with your existing identity and clarify domain and hosting access before publication. You remain responsible for your provider accounts.
Does the package include a shop or CMS?
No. A shop, editorial CMS, customer portal or custom integration needs its own requirements and price. The starter package is a clearly bounded business website.
