Your email signature is part of the business presentation people see every day. It should make contact details easy to use, respect the brand and remain readable across common email programs. We build one reusable design from your existing logo and supplied company details, then create the agreed personal variants. The work includes realistic display checks and installation guidance, while centralised organisation-wide management remains a separate requirement.

Organise the information
We agree the contact details, logo, links and company information that should appear. You supply the legal details and confirm their accuracy.

Create a usable template
The HTML design provides clickable contact and social links without relying on complex web-page behaviour that email programs may not support. A plain-text alternative is included.

Test and hand over
The stated email-program checks identify obvious layout problems. We supply the files, installation instructions and limited online assistance, with two combined correction rounds.

Email programs handle HTML differently from browsers. Clear typography and sensible image use are more dependable than elaborate animation or a layout that only looks good in one preview.

We check the included variants, links and appearance in Outlook for Windows, Gmail in a browser and Apple Mail. Minor differences between email applications can remain; exact pixel equality is not promised.
What needs a separate agreement.
Central server-side deployment, signature-management subscriptions, image hosting and ongoing staff updates.
Logo design, animation, translation, extra variants and legal review of mandatory company details.
Delivery: First draft within 3 working days and final files within 7 working days of order confirmation, payment and complete brand/staff details. Time awaiting your approval extends the schedule accordingly.

Can everyone use the same design?
Yes. The package includes one shared design and up to five personalised variants. Further staff versions can be agreed separately.
Does it automatically update everyone's signature?
No. Central server-side deployment and signature-management software are excluded. The package provides files and instructions for installation.
Do you write the legal company information?
You provide approved company and mandatory details. We integrate them, but legal drafting or checking is not included.
