Included

• Setup of up to 5 new mailboxes and 5 aliases for one existing domain with one provider: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Domain verification and configuration of MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC initially in monitoring mode, where supported by the chosen provider.
• Activation of available multi-factor authentication, send/receive testing for each mailbox and documentation of the configuration.
• One shared online handover of up to 45 minutes, including one supported email application on one device. Your company retains administrative access.

Separate / not included

• Domain, Microsoft/Google subscriptions, devices and ongoing support; provider fees are agreed directly with the provider.
• Migration of existing messages, calendars or contacts; archiving, backup, extra devices and repair of existing delivery or reputation issues.
• Ongoing DMARC monitoring, a later switch to a rejection policy and extra domains.

Delivery & start

Setup within 3 working days of order confirmation, payment and provision of valid licenses, DNS access and the user list. DNS propagation and provider approvals may require additional time.

Term & cancellation

One-off project without a subscription or automatic renewal. Statutory termination rights remain unaffected.

Payment & taxes

A one-time net advance is due within 7 days of successful order confirmation, which accepts the fixed package and provides payment instructions. Work begins after verified payment and complete information/access. Reporting a transfer does not verify bank receipt. The form does not debit your account. Extra services require a separate price agreement.

Catalogue prices are net EUR; the currency and amount confirmed at checkout apply. Statutory VAT is additional where applicable. Cross-border B2B services may be subject to reverse charge. The invoice states the applicable tax treatment.
