• Adaptation and publication of the same 8 pieces on up to 2 connected business profiles: Instagram and Facebook. This is 8 original pieces, not 16 different posts.
• Use of your existing brand, supplied photographs and factual input; one combined correction round for the monthly plan and publication only after your approval.
• A monthly reach/interaction report and one 30-minute planning call. Initial publishing-plan setup is included.

Separate / not included

• Photography sessions, video/Reels, animation, new branding and paid stock licenses.
• Message/comment handling, weekend availability, influencer collaborations, advertising campaigns and media spend.
• Extra channels, languages or posts; guaranteed follower counts, reach or revenue.

Delivery & start

First monthly plan within 7 working days of the confirmed start, payment and complete material/access. 8 posts per service month according to the approved publishing plan.

Term & cancellation

1 month minimum. After the minimum term, the contract renews for one service month at a time. Cancel in text form with 14 days' notice before the end of a service month, first possible at the end of the minimum term. Statutory termination rights remain unaffected.

Payment & taxes

Paid monthly in advance. Successful order confirmation accepts the fixed package and provides payment instructions; the first net advance is due within 7 days. The first service month begins on the agreed date after verified payment and complete access. Reporting a transfer does not verify bank receipt. No additional setup fee; extra services require a separate price agreement.

Catalogue prices are net EUR; the currency and amount confirmed at checkout apply. Statutory VAT is additional where applicable. Cross-border B2B services may be subject to reverse charge. The invoice states the applicable tax treatment.
