• One design concept using your existing logo and colours, 2 combined correction rounds, and integration of up to 2,000 supplied words and 15 supplied images.
• One contact form with up to 6 fields, page titles and meta descriptions, an XML sitemap, internal links and a mobile-layout check.
• Publication on suitable hosting supplied by you, source-code handover and one 30-minute online introduction.

Separate / not included

• Hosting, domain, paid licenses and ongoing maintenance.
• Online store, booking system, customer portal, custom integrations, editorial CMS and data migration.
• Copywriting, translation, photography, logo design, and drafting or legal review of legal text.

Delivery & start

Completion within 20 working days after the confirmed project start, payment and complete content/access. Time spent awaiting your approval extends the schedule accordingly.

Term & cancellation

One-off project without a subscription or automatic renewal. Statutory termination rights remain unaffected.

Payment & taxes

A one-time net advance is due within 7 days of successful order confirmation, which accepts the fixed package and provides payment instructions. Work begins after verified payment and complete information/access. Reporting a transfer does not verify bank receipt. The form does not debit your account. Extra services require a separate price agreement.

Catalogue prices are net EUR; the currency and amount confirmed at checkout apply. Statutory VAT is additional where applicable. Cross-border B2B services may be subject to reverse charge. The invoice states the applicable tax treatment.
