• One design concept and 2 combined correction rounds; clickable contact/social links and a plain-text alternative.
• Display checks in Outlook for Windows, Gmail in a browser and Apple Mail; minor differences between email applications may remain.
• HTML files and installation instructions, plus up to 30 minutes of online assistance inserting the signature into one email application.

Separate / not included

• Central server-side deployment, signature-management subscriptions, image hosting and ongoing staff updates.
• Logo design, animation, translation, extra variants and legal review of mandatory company details.

Delivery & start

First draft within 3 working days and final files within 7 working days of order confirmation, payment and complete brand/staff details. Time awaiting your approval extends the schedule accordingly.

Term & cancellation

One-off project without a subscription or automatic renewal. Statutory termination rights remain unaffected.

Payment & taxes

A one-time net advance is due within 7 days of successful order confirmation, which accepts the fixed package and provides payment instructions. Work begins after verified payment and complete information/access. Reporting a transfer does not verify bank receipt. The form does not debit your account. Extra services require a separate price agreement.

Catalogue prices are net EUR; the currency and amount confirmed at checkout apply. Statutory VAT is additional where applicable. Cross-border B2B services may be subject to reverse charge. The invoice states the applicable tax treatment.
