Included

• SEO & local search: One business website, one language and one target market. In month one: technical review of up to 20 URLs, Search Console review and a priority plan for up to 20 search topics.
• SEO & local search: Each service month: revision of 2 existing pages with a combined limit of 1,200 words, or one new guide of up to 800 words; one combined correction round.
• SEO & local search: Each service month: up to 60 minutes of technical on-page implementation in the accessible system, including page titles, descriptions and internal links according to the priority plan.
• SEO & local search: A monthly report on search queries, landing pages and completed work, plus one 30-minute online call. First-month setup is included.
• Google Ads: One Google Ads account and one search campaign with up to 3 ad groups and 6 responsive search ads; one target market and one language.
• Google Ads: Setup, keyword research, exclusions and connection of one existing conversion goal included in month one; management of an approved advertising budget of up to EUR 1,500 per month.
• Google Ads: Two optimisation reviews per service month covering search terms, ads and budget allocation, plus a monthly performance report.
• Google Ads: One 30-minute online call per service month. Your business retains account ownership and Google charges your payment method directly.

Separate / not included

• SEO & local search: Additional websites, languages or target markets; rebuilds, custom programming and technical work beyond the time allowance.
• SEO & local search: Advertising spend, paid links, external publication fees and the customer's paid tools/licenses.
• SEO & local search: Guaranteed rankings, traffic or revenue are not included.
• Google Ads: Advertising spend is separate, paid directly to Google and requires your budget approval.
• Google Ads: Landing pages, tracking/consent implementation or repair, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and additional campaigns.
• Google Ads: Google approval, a minimum number of leads, specific click costs or revenue cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery & start

Initial SEO analysis within 10 working days and a Google Ads campaign draft within 7 working days of the confirmed start, payment and complete access/content. SEO work and both reports within each service month; two Ads optimisation reviews per service month. Publication follows your approval; Google's ad review and possible waiting times are separate.

Term & cancellation

3 months minimum. After the minimum term, the contract renews for one service month at a time. Cancel in text form with 14 days' notice before the end of a service month, first possible at the end of the minimum term. Statutory termination rights remain unaffected.

Payment & taxes

Paid monthly in advance. Successful order confirmation accepts the fixed package and provides payment instructions; the first net advance is due within 7 days. The first service month begins on the agreed date after verified payment and complete access. Reporting a transfer does not verify bank receipt. No additional setup fee; extra services require a separate price agreement.

Catalogue prices are net EUR; the currency and amount confirmed at checkout apply. Statutory VAT is additional where applicable. Cross-border B2B services may be subject to reverse charge. The invoice states the applicable tax treatment.
